No.  CityNews will never contact you directly about fundraising or contests.  Any email that you receive spoofing a CityNews address, or referencing CityNews in this manner is likely a scam.  We will never contact you directly with anything other than Breaking News, Daily Weather newsletters and Show Newsletters.  When in doubt, ask us by emailing torontoweb@citynews.ca.

No. With the exception of our daily Webcast, the video featured on CityNews.ca is made to be played back only on your computer and isn’t available for download or personal use. But you can always bookmark any item you like and return to it while it remains online.
