Two homes under construction have been damaged by high winds in Brampton as extreme weather rolled across the Greater Toronto Area on Wednesday evening.
Peel Police say no one was injured when the homes on Quintette Close near Martin Byrne Drive tipped over.
Officers remain on scene.
680 NEWS reports that construction material was blown onto the westbound Highway 401 at the Mavis overpass, temporarily blocking all lanes. They have since reopened.

The city of Toronto was briefly under a severe thunderstorm warning, but it has since ended.
