Man on bike punches woman in head in Annex

Toronto police are looking for a man who punched a woman in an unprovoked attack in the Annex on Feb. 21, 2016. TORONTO POLICE.

Toronto police are looking for a man who punched a woman in an unprovoked attack in the Annex last month.

Police say the man, who was on a bike at the time, hit the woman in the head around 3 p.m. on Feb. 21. He then stole her bag and wallet.

It happened near Croft and Harbord streets, east of Bathurst Street.

Investigators have released photos and a video of the suspect.

He is white, 35-45 years old, approximately six-feet tall, with dark hair and a beard. He was wearing a tan cap, blue-and-white bandana, black jacket, black pants, black boots, and riding a mountain bike.
