The woman paid her fare, obtained a transfer and then walked further into the bus, the video shows. She then turned around and approached the driver, insulting and threatening him.

A short time later, the driver stopped the bus on Bathurst, north of Finch. As she exited the bus, she spat at him twice.

The woman is described as Russian, around 50 years old, and with light-brown collar-length hair. She was wearing a dark winter coat, sunglasses, purple leggings and brown boots.
