Two men have been arrested in a voyeurism investigation dubbed “Project Broadlight.”

One of the men, a 50-year-old from Toronto, is accused of going into other people’s properties in the Gerrard Street and Broadview Avenue area once it gets dark, illegally observing residents in their homes.

Police said the suspect may have also used a device to record residents.

Khalil Rashid is charged with two counts of criminal harassment, three counts of mischief, one count of voyeurism, and six counts of failing to comply with a probation.

A 31-year-man, also from Toronto, is facing similar charges after allegedly engaging in “stalking and voyeuristic activities” in the same area of the city.

Michael Ogini is charged with three counts of criminal harassment, three counts of mischief and one count of voyeurism.

In both cases, police believe there may be other victims.

Both suspects appeared in court on Wednesday.
