Cops get away with killing a lot of people. The SIU is a joke as is the “civilian” oversight of police and also the police complaints procedure is a joke. Since cops get away with killing a lot of people, I pray to God that this man be found not guilty. I would rather that Mr Kachkar had not done what he did because if he starts killing people, then there is no difference between him and the murderer cops (not all cops are murderers obviously but many are and the vast majority are criminals anyways for they beat innocent people up). I am sure that a lot of people from the black community and other minorities harassed by police will pray with me that Mr Kachkar be found NOT guilty. I wrote in Russell’s condolence book: What goes around comes around! and I hope his family read that.
This is just an unfortunate accident. You need to have intent for it to count as murder which clearly was not there. This man needs medical treatment and not jail time. I hope that the judge/jury read this comment.
