Bachelor Sean Lowe will bring the nine remaining candidates vying for a rose to Banff National Park in Alberta.

Seven of the women will go swimming in the ice-cold lake, all in an attempt to win Lowe’s heart. There are other outdoor adventures promised for the Rockies episode: one woman will have a solo date with Lowe, taking a monster truck ride on a glacier; while another one-on-one date involves rappelling down a cliff.

The always dramatic rose ceremony will take place in the Victoria Ballroom at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, where – SPOILER – three women will be sent home.
