Staff at a Hamilton hospital have now stabilized a three-year-old boy, who is still in critical condition after being struck by a car in Mississauga on Tuesday evening.
The toddler, his younger brother and their 31-year-old mother were in a crosswalk on Bromsgrove Road near Winston Churchill Boulevard when they were hit around 6 p.m.
The two-year-old brother and mother had minor injuries and were taken to a hospital in Oakville.
The three year old from the pedestrian accident is still in critical but stable condition. He and his family are in our thoughts!

The 26-year-old Mississauga man who was driving the car remained on the scene and is cooperating with police.
There’s no word on charges.
