Halton police are searching for a 16-year-old girl who went missing from a Burlington group home.

Hannah Baillie was last seen around 9 a.m. Friday, when she left the Foundations Group Home without the knowledge of staff.

Family members told police they have not had any contact with her since. Her destination is not known at this time.

Baillie is described as a white female, 5′ 2″ tall, blue eyes with a thin build. She has long brown hair which is shaved on the right side.

She has two lip piercings, a tongue piercing and several ear piercings. She also has a tattoo on the outside of her right forearm that reads “Be The Change”. Her clothing description is unknown at this time.

Police are concerned for her well being.
