A memorial wall honouring fallen police officers has become a dividing line over Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

Haunted by the death of a fellow officer, Sgt. Eddie Adamson took his own life. Despite years of loyal service, his name does not appear on the wall honouring fallen police officers.

His family is fighting to have his name added, claiming his death resulted from trauma incurred in the line of duty.

In Part 2, CityNews reporter Avery Haines delves deeper into Adamson’s tragic death, its relationship to PTSD, and why another family of a fallen officer is against the fight to have Adamson’s name added to the memorial wall.
