Jeopardy! host Alex Trebek suffered a “mild” heart attack and is recovering at a Los Angeles hospital, Sony Television spokeswoman Paula Askanas told The Associated Press.

The 71-year-old was admitted to hospital on Saturday and is expected to make a full recovery.

Trebek, who was born in Sudbury, Ont., had a heart attack in 2007.

Trebek has hosted Jeopardy! since 1984. He has won several daytime Emmy Awards for his work and has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and Canada’s Walk of Fame.
