It’s time for another round of weekend road closures in Toronto.
Busy routes will be shut down for the Word on the Street festival and the Waterfront Marathon, and drivers will have to contend with a Jays game at the Rogers Centre and a Toronto FC game at BMO Fields.
As well, there’s still the usual construction to contend with.
Word on the Street
Queen’s Park and Queen’s Park Crescent will be closed in both directions from Bloor Street to Wellesley Street beginning September 25 at 9am and ending September 26 at 11:59pm.
Bay Street will be closed from Queen Street to Dundas Street beginning September 25 at noon and ending September 26 at 6pm.
As well, a large block will be closed on Sunday from 5am to 2pm. The area bounded by Queen Street to the north, Victoria Park in the east, Lake Ontario in the south and Windermere Avenue in the west will be closed for nine hours.
